Who are we ? 

We help our clients develop their full potential. Qualibroker offers solutions that allow customers to focus on their core business without worrying about risk. The Qualibroker group brings together the expertise resulting from more than 55 years of experience in the field of insurance brokerage.

Affiliates

We are represented by seven affiliates in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Come and join our team in Fribourg, Geneva, Lausanne, Neuchâtel, Sion, Vaduz or Zurich.

Areas of expertise

We’re looking for candidates with competence and experience in the following areas:

Customer advice

Our customer advisers work in close connection with events and, thanks to their performance, make a decisive contribution to our company’s growth. They are in close contact with current and future customers in various sectors. Your needs are just as diverse as our customers, from cyber risks to liability or occupational benefits. As your customer advisor, we find solutions tailored to your needs.

Customer Support

Our customer advisors are the key players when it comes to order processing and day-to-day business. Thanks to them, our customers feel well-looked-after and supported during their claims. As a customer advisor, you are also at the centre of our insurance partnerships.

Administration, finance, IT, marketing and communication

The organisation team is the backbone of the company and ensures that the internal processes run smoothly so that our advisors can focus entirely on our clients.


Training

We are a training company for commercial apprentices that offers a vocational school leaving certificate or an e-profile (extended basic training). Apprentices who have successfully completed the commercial apprenticeship have the opportunity to catch up on their vocational school leaving certificate with us. We offer career opportunities for motivated young people who are willing to contribute innovative ideas.

Every two years we train a young applicant. The next registration date is August 2020 in Zurich. The call for applications will be made in due course on qualibroker.com/karriere and on lena.ch

In addition, as part of a "discovery day" at our company in Zurich, students have the opportunity to become familiar with brokerage activities.
